Here are some teaching resources I have come across, that I'd love to share!
#1 lifesaver resource, Facebook, I know this might sound funny, but if you are a choir director, FB choir groups like, "I'm a Choir Director" are great resources for advice. A lot of teachers are in the same situation you are, and are asking questions you might benefit from. "I Teach Middle School Chorus" and "Middle School Chorus Directors" have been 2 amazingly helpful groups for my first year teaching at a difficult school.
Youth Ministry Great Games on YouTube has been a fun source of games when you just need to have some fun. I have adapted some of them, like Human Tic Tac Toe, using solfege instead of numbers, and modifying others using musical terminology.
ChoralNet ACDA's website, ChoralNet is the professional networking site for the global online choral community, and has great forums on which many useful topics are covered.
