I have had a wide variety of professional music gigs,  which allows me to offer a wide palette of instructional ideas and inspiration to my students. I played bass in a variety of bands in Seattle during its great musical explosion of the early 90s, and I have played keyboards, guitar, and cello in Classical, Jazz, Latin, and Rock ensembles. I have worked in recording studios, on a cruise ship, in a Country band in Alaska, Latin music in Puerto Rico, and even some Kirtan in India.
